Item: 10/12.5 MVA, 33/11Kv POWER TRANSFORMERS.
Quantity: 8 UNITES
The works shall comprise the design, manufacture, testing and delivery to the Port of Aqaba.
General Conditions:
A. LANGUGE OF THE TENDER:
Tender and all correspondence and documents relating thereto shall be written in the English language.
B. DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE TENDER:
The tender must be submitted as an original designated the \"Master\". The tender shall comprise the following:
1. The tender document in which the \"Form of Tender\" and \"Schedules\" have been completed by typing or in ink.
2. Documentary evidence to show that eligible to tender and is qualified to perform the contract if its tender is accepted.
3. Documentary evidence that the goods and ancillary services to be supplied by the Tender are eligible goods and services and conform the tender documents.
4. Tender Security furnished in accordance with Clause 3.9 for an amount not less than 2% of the Tender price.
C. TENDER PRICES :
The price of goods quoted in US $ CIF Aqaba in Jordan.
D. TENDER SECURITY:
The tender shall furnish a Tender Security payable to the Purchaser, in the amount of not less than 2% percent of the total Tender price attached to the \"Master\" Tender.
The format of the guarantee or bond shall be in accordance with the sample form included in these Instructions Tenders.
Tender bonds shall be valid for a maximum of 180 days from the closing date for receipt of the Tender.
E. TENDER VALIDITY:
Tenders shall remain open for acceptance for a period or 120 days from the specified closing date for receipt of Tenders.
