The company was founded in 1980 as Hanyang electricity manufacturing plant to produce electric transformer, reactor, and discharge coil. We have supplied various products with unique technology at home and abroad. Our electric transformers have adopted ANSI, KS, JEC, IEC, and international quality management system to manufacture high-quality products. However, winning trust from customers did not stop us there. We have constantly developed challenging technologies and have participated in the future oriented green business through high-quality and low-loss. 송배전계통에 Condenser를 설치하면 회로정수는 고조파에 대하여 Capacitance로 되고 고조파에 의한 회로의 전압전류의 파형이 의형이 생기며, 이 의형을 방지하기 위하여 Condenser에 직렬로 리액터를 삽입하여 회로에 리액턴스를 공급한다. 현재 사용하고 있는 유입식 철심형 직렬 리액터를 당사가 제작하는 건식형 공심 직렬리액터로 사용하면 다음과 같은 이점이 있습니다. 1. 유지보수에 있어 절여유를 사용하지 않으므로 교체가 없어 보수비가 소요되지않고 절연도 반영구적임 "2. 운전중 철공진에 의한 소음 발생이 없고 철손이 발생되지 않으므로 운전 효율이 향상
3. 건식형이므로 권선의 절연 파괴시 화재의 인화가 없다.
4. 운반, 설치가 용이하다." |
"The filter series reactors for static condensers are use in conjunction with capacitor banks to form series turned harmonic filter circuits, to reduce the harmonic distortion wave, to compensate the harmonic frequency current generated by the condenser and to limit inrush currents of capacitor banks by switching operation.
Dry type air core series reactors have advantage compared with oil immersed type core series reactors as following features.
- Lower investment and maintenance cost for the running operation due to no oil-cooling system
- No acoustic noise of core resonance, no iron loss and improvement of the running operation efficiency
- No fire hazard and no environmental concerns
- Easier transport and installation due to compactness lower weight" |
